The coronavirus (COVID-19) is having a significant worldwide impact on both businesses and the financial markets.
As your financial services provider, we wanted to personally provide you with an update about how we’re keeping the well-being of our clients and employees top-of-mind and ensuring we are maintaining the highest quality service without disruption. We want you to know that despite the tumultuous state of the world, we maintain a close watch on your accounts and we will continue to do so, regardless of the coming events.
Effective Monday March 23, our office will be closed to the public.
With the recent government recommendations and for our client’s health and well-being, we have made the decision to temporarily close our doors to the public until further notice. We will continue to work in office as long as possible and you can continue to reach us by phone or email and utilize our drop box for paperwork. Kurt will continue to have client appointments over the phone but will only have in person appointments if unavoidable. Thank you for your continued patience during this time.
Closely Monitoring The Situation
Our leadership team has been carefully following the advice from the CDC and other reputable government agencies and is staying in close contact to ensure we’re keeping our teams’ and clients’ interests top of mind.
Remote Work
We have implemented efforts to ensure that our office knows what to do if the need should arise for staff members to work remotely. Some of our employees already work remotely and we have a long-standing business continuity plan that allows our entire workforce to work from home if necessary.
Continuous Service
We are reviewing the areas of our company that are most critical to ensuring that our clients continue to receive quality uninterrupted service, regardless of the risk of changing circumstances due to health risks to the public. We have bolstered those functions that are necessary to providing you with continuous service and we have procedures in place to ensure that even, in a changing work environment, employees can provide service from home in the same manner that they do from the office. Our comprehensive business continuity plan accounts for situations such as the present one and provides procedures that enable our staff to continue servicing your needs without interruption. We ask that you continue to be patient with us as we navigate this together.
We realize this is an unprecedented time for everyone, and while the situation will likely continue to evolve, please know we are committed to supporting your needs and are closely monitoring the situation. As always, we thank you for your business and the trust you place in us to help you achieve your goals.
